Delivery Information

When the payment is confirmed, we will send your parcels to PosLaju within 2 - 5 working days.

Shipping Methods

All orders will be shipped by PosLaju to ensure that you will receive your orders safely and on time. Upon successful shipment, you will be given a unique tracking number for your easy online delivery tracking.

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)

PosLaju - Expected delivery 2 - 3 working days.

For remote area residents, such as Estates, Felda Settlement, remote town, please be patience while waiting for your order as it normally takes longer time to reach your location.

Proof of Delivery

All shipments will require an authorized signature at the time of delivery. PosLaju will not be able to release the shipment without a valid signature even if you have a signature release on file. This is to ensure that you will receive your order safely. If shipping to a resident address, please ensure that there will be someone at home to sign for the package (where an adult signature will be needed).

We will not be responsible for any losses once the parcel is at your doorstep without attendance.
