表演者首先展示一张平板，
正面有一个白点，反面是四个白点
转动平板，观众会发现先前的一个白点变成了两个，
另外一面变成了五个白点，
再转一圈，又变成了三个点，另外一面变成六个白点。
实际上，你只是在二维的平面上展示了三维立体的六个面。
正值观众惊讶之时，表演者将平板抛向空中，
顷刻间，平板就变成了一个三维立体的大骰子。
骰子是按照特殊的规格制作而成的，以至于可以瞬间变成一个平板。
尺寸是 6" x 6" x 6"。

The performer shows a flat square board bearing a single large spot on one side. Turning it over, the other side is seen to display four spots.
Reversing the board again, there are now two spots -- and on the other side, now five! Another turn, and there are now three spots -- and on the other side, all six! In essence, you've just shown all six surfaces of a three-dimensional die, on a two-dimensional board.
As a final surprise climax, the performer throws the board into the air where it immediately transforms itself into a giant three-dimensional die!
The die is specially constructed so as to be able to collapse into a flat board and made exacting specifications.
